Consultancy & Project Support.

Consultancy

Generation Green supports educational institutions, NGOs, foundations and project partners in developing meaningful, high-quality educational materials and projects on sustainability, regeneration, and the climate and energy crisis.

We work with organisations that want to help learners understand complex global challenges and turn knowledge into reflection, participation and action.

What We Offer

Generation Green can support the design and development of:

  • sustainability education programmes;
  • lesson plans, worksheets and teacher guides;
  • online learning modules and open-access courses;
  • training materials for educators and facilitators;
  • youth engagement and participation activities;
  • capacity-building programmes for institutions and organisations;
  • learning resources linked to the SDGs, climate action, energy transition and regenerative development;
  • educational material for EU-funded and international cooperation projects.

We also support organisations in developing project proposals for public funding, including programmes such as Erasmus+ and other European or international funding opportunities. This can include concept development, partner identification, consortium building, work package design, project narrative, impact logic, dissemination planning and quality assurance frameworks.

Project Support & Quality Assurance

Generation Green can contribute not only to the design of new initiatives, but also to their successful implementation. We can support project coordination, monitoring and evaluation, quality assurance, reporting structures and partner follow-up in multinational projects.

This includes helping project teams establish clear workflows, collect evidence of progress, monitor deliverables and milestones, and ensure that activities remain aligned with the project’s objectives, budget and expected impact.

Who We Support

We work with schools, universities, vocational education providers, NGOs, foundations, international projects and public-interest organisations seeking to develop educational resources, training activities or publicly funded projects linked to sustainability and transition challenges.

Support can range from developing a single set of teaching materials to designing a full curriculum, online course, training programme, project-based learning pathway or international cooperation project.

Our Approach

Generation Green develops educational and project content that is academically robust, practically relevant and adaptable to different age groups, countries and institutional settings. We place particular emphasis on:

  • local relevance and context-sensitive learning;
  • learner-centred and action-oriented methods;
  • youth participation and democratic engagement;
  • accessibility and inclusion;
  • North–South collaboration and shared ownership;
  • regenerative thinking and long-term capacity building;
  • clear project logic, measurable outcomes and sustainable impact.

Whether supporting a school, a university, an NGO or a foundation, our aim is to create learning experiences and projects that help people move from knowledge acquisition to meaningful action.

Our consultancy work focuses on topics such as:

  • the Sustainable Development Goals;
  • climate change and climate justice;
